These terms govern your use of this site and any order you place through it. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use the site.

You must be at least 18 to purchase from us, particularly given First Light's caffeine content. By ordering, you're confirming you meet that age.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud or pricing errors.
• Prices are shown in USD and can change without notice, but never after you've completed checkout for that order.
• If we cancel a paid order, you'll receive a full refund.
• All products, including The Expedition, are one-time purchases: you're charged once at checkout and nothing renews automatically. We don't sell subscriptions.
• You can cancel an order at no charge before it ships by emailing support@intrepidmarketinggroup.com or using the form at intrepidmarketinggroup.com/contact with your order number; we'll refund it in full. Once an order has shipped it can't be cancelled, but it can be returned under our Returns policy.

Intrepid products are dietary supplements. The statements on this site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and these products aren't intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Talk to your doctor before starting any new supplement, especially if you're pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or managing a medical condition.

Don't misuse the site: no scraping, no attempting to access accounts or data that aren't yours, no interfering with how the site runs.

The Intrepid name, the needle mark, and the content on this site belong to Intrepid Supplements LLC or its licensors. You can't use them without our written permission.

To the extent allowed by law, Intrepid Supplements LLC isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
